  1. 1. There is no fixed enrolment date. A customer can become a member on any day he/she desires. ನೋಂದಣಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ನಿಗದಿತ ದಿನಾಂಕವಿಲ್ಲ. ಗ್ರಾಹಕರು ತಾವು ಬಯಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ದಿನದಂದು ಸದಸ್ಯರಾಗಬಹುದು.
  2. 2. Please read all the conditions and understand the multiple schemes details. if any query ask us and then join ದಯವಿಟ್ಟು ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಷರತ್ತುಗಳನ್ನು ಓದಿ ಮತ್ತು ಬಹು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳ ವಿವರಗಳನ್ನು ಅರ್ಥಮಾಡಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ. ಯಾವುದೇ ಪ್ರಶ್ನೆಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ ನಮ್ಮನ್ನು ಕೇಳಿ ನಂತರ ಸೇರಿಕೊಳ್ಳಿ.
  3. 3. Any existing member can enroll in multiple schemes ಯಾವುದೇ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಬಹು ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ನೋಂದಾಯಿಸಿಕೊಳ್ಳಬಹುದು.
  4. 4. Monthly Installments should be paid before 10th every month. ಮಾಸಿಕ ಕಂತುಗಳನ್ನು ಪ್ರತಿ ತಿಂಗಳು 10ನೇ ತಾರೀಖಿನ ಮೊದಲು ಪಾವತಿಸಬೇಕು.
  5. 5. Criteria for earning the bonus are applicable to members who will pay all their monthly installments in time without defaulting on any month. ಬೋನಸ್ ಗಳಿಸುವ ಮಾನದಂಡಗಳು ಯಾವುದೇ ತಿಂಗಳು ಡೀಫಾಲ್ಟ್ ಮಾಡದೆ ತಮ್ಮ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಮಾಸಿಕ ಕಂತುಗಳನ್ನು ಸಕಾಲದಲ್ಲಿ ಪಾವತಿಸುವ ಸದಸ್ಯರಿಗೆ ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುತ್ತವೆ.
  6. 6. Payment can be made either in cash at our store or even by any online payment options available with the members.Credit card will attract 2% extra charges ನಮ್ಮ ಅಂಗಡಿಯಲ್ಲಿ ನಗದು ರೂಪದಲ್ಲಿ ಅಥವಾ ಸದಸ್ಯರೊಂದಿಗೆ ಲಭ್ಯವಿರುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಆನ್‌ಲೈನ್ ಪಾವತಿ ಆಯ್ಕೆಗಳ ಮೂಲಕವೂ ಪಾವತಿ ಮಾಡಬಹುದು. ಕ್ರೆಡಿಟ್ ಕಾರ್ಡ್ 2% ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳನ್ನು ಆಕರ್ಷಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
  7. 7. Receipts will be issued for every deposit. The same shall also reflect in the membership card. ಪ್ರತಿ ಠೇವಣಿಗೂ ರಸೀದಿಗಳನ್ನು ನೀಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ. ಇದು ಸದಸ್ಯತ್ವ ಕಾರ್ಡ್‌ನಲ್ಲಿಯೂ ಪ್ರತಿಫಲಿಸುತ್ತದೆ.
  8. 8. Any discrepancies in the card entries or the receipts should be bought to management’s notice within 7 days. ಕಾರ್ಡ್ ನಮೂದುಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ರಶೀದಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವ್ಯತ್ಯಾಸಗಳಿದ್ದರೆ 7 ದಿನಗಳ ಒಳಗೆ ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ಗಮನಕ್ಕೆ ತರಬೇಕು.
  9. 9. In case of any default/delay in the payments will further postpone the redemption date accordingly to the delayed period. ಪಾವತಿಗಳಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ಡೀಫಾಲ್ಟ್/ವಿಳಂಬ ಉಂಟಾದರೆ, ವಿಳಂಬಿತ ಅವಧಿಗೆ ಅನುಗುಣವಾಗಿ ರಿಡೆಂಪ್ಶನ್ ದಿನಾಂಕವನ್ನು ಮತ್ತಷ್ಟು ಮುಂದೂಡಲಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
  10. 10. In case to discontinuation of the scheme in between, by any member, the redemption of only the invested amount, will be possible and that too only after the scheme period gets over at then Prevailing Rates. Any rewards or discounts shall not be applicable to schemes stopped in between by the member. ಯಾವುದೇ ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಈ ಮಧ್ಯೆ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ಸ್ಥಗಿತಗೊಳಿಸಿದರೆ, ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಮಾಡಿದ ಮೊತ್ತವನ್ನು ಮಾತ್ರ ಮರುಪಾವತಿಸಲು ಸಾಧ್ಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ, ಅದು ಕೂಡ ಯೋಜನೆಯ ಅವಧಿ ಮುಗಿದ ನಂತರವೇ, ಸದಸ್ಯರು ಮಧ್ಯದಲ್ಲಿ ನಿಲ್ಲಿಸಿದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಯಾವುದೇ ಬಹುಮಾನಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿಗಳು ಅನ್ವಯಿಸುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
  11. 11. The maturity date (redemption date) shall be from 30 days of the date of last successful installment/deposit. ಕೊನೆಯ ಯಶಸ್ವಿ ಕಂತು/ಠೇವಣಿ ದಿನಾಂಕದಿಂದ 30 ದಿನಗಳ ನಂತರ ಮುಕ್ತಾಯ ದಿನಾಂಕ (ರಿಡೆಂಪ್ಶನ್ ದಿನಾಂಕ) ಆಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
  12. 12. The monthly investment schemes are valid only for Jewellery purchase (gold & Silver) and not for any cash, refund, coins, ingots or bullion. ಮಾಸಿಕ ಹೂಡಿಕೆ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಆಭರಣ ಖರೀದಿಗೆ (ಚಿನ್ನ ಮತ್ತು ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ) ಮಾತ್ರ ಮಾನ್ಯವಾಗಿರುತ್ತವೆ ಮತ್ತು ಯಾವುದೇ ನಗದು, ಮರುಪಾವತಿ, ನಾಣ್ಯಗಳು, ಗಟ್ಟಿಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಬೆಳ್ಳಿ ಗಟ್ಟಿಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಲ್ಲ.
  13. 13. For price locking gold schemes 2% extra will applicable form the existing rates ಬೆಲೆ ನಿಗದಿ ಚಿನ್ನದ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಅಸ್ತಿತ್ವದಲ್ಲಿರುವ ದರಗಳಿಗಿಂತ 2% ಹೆಚ್ಚುವರಿ ಅನ್ವಯವಾಗುತ್ತದೆ.
  14. 14. Making charges will differ from jewellery to jewellery. ಆಭರಣದಿಂದ ಆಭರಣಕ್ಕೆ ಮೇಕಿಂಗ್ ಶುಲ್ಕಗಳು ಬದಲಾಗುತ್ತವೆ.
  15. 15. Delivery of Jewellery is subject to government taxes. ಆಭರಣಗಳ ವಿತರಣೆಯು ಸರ್ಕಾರಿ ತೆರಿಗೆಗಳಿಗೆ ಒಳಪಟ್ಟಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
  16. 16. The scheme cannot be clubbed with any other schemesor discount offers run by our company. ಈ ಯೋಜನೆಯನ್ನು ನಮ್ಮ ಕಂಪನಿಯು ನಡೆಸುವ ಯಾವುದೇ ಇತರ ಯೋಜನೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ಕೊಡುಗೆಗಳು ಅಥವಾ ರಿಯಾಯಿತಿಗಳೊಂದಿಗೆ ಸೇರಿಸಲಾಗುವುದಿಲ್ಲ.
  17. 17. Management has all the rights to accept/reject any application without any reason. ಯಾವುದೇ ಅರ್ಜಿಯನ್ನು ಯಾವುದೇ ಕಾರಣವಿಲ್ಲದೆ ಸ್ವೀಕರಿಸುವ/ತಿರಸ್ಕರಿಸುವ ಎಲ್ಲಾ ಹಕ್ಕುಗಳನ್ನು ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿ ಹೊಂದಿದೆ.
  18. 18. In case of any dispute during redemption, management’s decision will be final ರಿಡೆಂಪ್ಶನ್ ಸಮಯದಲ್ಲಿ ಯಾವುದೇ ವಿವಾದ ಉಂಟಾದರೆ, ಆಡಳಿತ ಮಂಡಳಿಯ ನಿರ್ಧಾರವೇ ಅಂತಿಮವಾಗಿರುತ್ತದೆ.
